A brief description of the villa is a difficult task! It has an impressive dining room with beautiful frescoed walls and ceiling; a library on two levels with a fireplace; a large attractively furnished sitting room; a striking kitchen on two levels with both a fireplace and the original pizza oven (in working order!).  There is also a utility room and a meditation room.

Five bedrooms:  four double beds and one twin bed.
 

There is a magnificent master bedroom, with a four poster bed and ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower.

Another very large bedroom has huge beams and wooden floor boards, with an ensuite bathroom (shower).

The other three good-sized bedrooms share two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other a shower.

Outside

There is a charming mature garden with a fishpond and circular pergola for al fresco eating, and a further two small terraces below.  

A large terrace, off from the kitchen, provides a further dining area for the summer months.  There are also sun-loungers and garden furniture so guests can enjoy to the full the garden and its lovely views.
